Maintenance Inspections

For the Price of a Car Check-up and Maintenance,

a Home Maintenance Inspection Today Can Save You Thousands in Costly Repairs Tomorrow!

Just as 30,000-mile, 60,000-mile or 90,000-mile car check-up can help you to identify and prevent problems with your car, regular Home Maintenance Inspections will help you to identify problems and damage in your home before they become an expensive or irreversible threat to your equity.

And like with a buyer or seller home inspection, Potomac Homes will  provide you with a comprehensive computerized report with annotated pictures, suggestions and recommendations for preventive maintenance.

Potomac Homes recommends that you schedule a Home Maintenance Inspection every two-to-three years after purchasing your property.

What We Inspect and What Should you Expect

Like buyer or seller home inspections, a Home Maintenance Inspection is a visual examination of your home structure, systems and components,  from basement to roof to assure that the items inspected are in proper working order.

Our report will review the condition of the HVAC system, interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement/crawl space and visible structure.

Should we find any defects or damage [within the scope of our inspection agreement], it will be noted in our thorough Maintenance Inspection Report.

Potomac Homes offers also additional services such as mold, radon and water testing, either at the time of the inspection or separately.
